Art. 1. Campaign Organizer

1.1 The Organizer FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Court under number J2015014188408, CUI 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

1.2 The Campaign is carried out in accordance with these Regulations. Participants in the promotional Campaign must know and comply with the clauses of these Regulations.

Art.2 Place of the Campaign

2.1 The Campaign is carried out exclusively on the Organizer's website Favbet.ro.

Art. 3. Campaign Period

3.1 The Campaign Period is from 31.03.2026 at 14:00 to 31.12.2026 at 23:59.

Art. 4. Campaign mechanism

4.1 The campaign is available exclusively to new accounts registered on the www.favbet.ro platform, after 31.03.2026, 14:00.

4.2 The Welcome Package includes 5 Casino Bonuses plus 1000 Free Spins, which can be activated up to the fifth consecutive deposit.

4.3 Upon account creation, newly registered users will have the first Casino bonus of 150% available in their account up to a maximum of 3,000 lei, for its activation a minimum deposit of 50 lei is required within a maximum of 10 days from account registration.

4.4 Each deposit of at least 20 lei will activate a set of 200 Free Spins from the total included in the welcome package.

4.5 With each deposit made, the following welcome package bonuses become available, according to the table below:

4.6 Each bonus in the Welcome Package package becomes available only after making a new deposit, respecting the pre-established order and can be claimed only once.

4.7 Before making any deposit, the bonus must be selected and the corresponding deposit made to activate it.

4.8 Each bonus in the welcome package has an activation validity of 10 days from the moment it is found in the personal account.

4.9 Bonuses are activated and used individually, activating another bonus leads to when canceling the active bonus, and in the bonus balance only the value of the newly activated one will be found.

Art. 5 General Terms and Conditions of Use "Bonus Casino"

5.1 In order to start fulfilling the wagering requirements, the deposit and activation of the bonus must be made within a maximum of 240 hours from the granting.

5.2 When making the wagering, the amount from the real balance is used initially, and then from the bonus balance.

5.3 In the event that the funds available from the real balance do not fully cover the stake of a bet, then the difference will be filled from the bonus balance. In the event of a win, the amount won will be distributed proportionally to the amounts used to place the bet.

5.4 In order for the bonus balance to be transferred to the real balance, the bonus must be wagered x40 within a maximum of 240 hours from activation. Otherwise, the winnings generated from using the bonus will be canceled. *The rollover requirement changes from x60 to x40. This change applies starting from 27.04.2026, 10:10

5.5 The maximum stake taken into account when calculating the rollover is 50 lei, any stake above this amount will not be taken into account.

5.6 Bets placed in the "Live Casino", "Quick Games" sections, all games from the Skywind provider, certain games in the Casino section (according to the complete list available AICI), as well as game rounds not completed until the rollover is completed.

5.7 The maximum amount that will be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after the rollover is completed is a maximum of x2 the bonus amount initially granted. Winnings above this amount will be cancelled upon completion of the rollover.

5.8 After the rollover is completed, the funds in the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

5.9 In the exceptional case where the bonus is not automatically transferred to the bonus balance, it is necessary to contact us at the email address [email protected] or via Live Chat before using the deposited amount, partially or fully. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be granted again.

5.10 If the bonus balance reaches 0.10 lei, in this case the bonus will be cancelled.

5.11 The funds in the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus rollover is completed. If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus rollover conditions are met, the funds in the bonus balance will be cancelled.

5.12 If another bonus is activated, the active one will be canceled, and only the value of the newly accepted one will be found in the bonus balance.

5.13 If the bonus has been canceled or expired, the bonus balance will be canceled.

5.14 Using the bonus for the purpose of facilitating the fulfillment of the turnover conditions will lead to the cancellation of the bonus and the winnings obtained from it.

5.15 Within the campaigns or tournaments held on the Organizer's platform, the use of any type of bonus will not contribute to the accumulation of points.

Art. 6 General Terms and Conditions of Use "Free Spins"

6.1 Free Spins can be activated and used within a maximum of 240 hours from the granting.

6.2 They are valid exclusively in the game for which they were granted, having a fixed value of 0.20 lei per spin, established upon granting and which cannot be modified later.

6.3 In order for any winnings to be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance, the turnover for each Free Spins package must be completed within a maximum of 240 hours from activation. Otherwise, the winnings generated from using the bonus will be canceled.

• for the 200 Free Spins on the first deposit and the 2nd deposit, the related turnover is x35.
• for the 200 Free Spins on the 3rd, 4th and 5th deposit, the related turnover is x30.

6.4 When performing the turnover, the amount from the real balance is initially used, and subsequently that from the bonus balance.

6.5 The minimum stake taken into account when performing the turnover is 0.10 lei, and the maximum is 5 lei.

6.6 The maximum amount that will be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the turnover is a maximum of x1 the value won from using the Free Spins. Winnings above this amount will be voided upon completion of the rollover.

6.7 Bets placed in the "Live Casino" and "Quick Games" sections, all games from the Skywind provider, certain games in the Casino section (according to the complete list available AICI), as well as game rounds not completed until the rollover is completed, will not contribute to loading the progress bar.

6.8 After the rollover is completed, the funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

6.9 In an exceptional situation where the winnings obtained after the rollover are not automatically transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance, it is necessary to contact us at the e-mail address [email protected] or via Live Chat.

6.10 If the bonus balance reaches the value of 0.10 lei, in this situation the bonus will be canceled.

6.11 Funds obtained from using Free Spins will not can be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the funds will be cancelled.

6.12 If another bonus is activated, the active one will be cancelled, and only the value of the newly accepted one will be found in the bonus balance.

6.13 If the bonus has been cancelled or expired, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

6.14 Using the bonus for the purpose of facilitating the fulfillment of the wagering requirements will lead to the cancellation of the bonus and the winnings obtained from it.

6.15 Within the campaigns or tournaments held on the Organizer's platform, the use of any type of bonus will not contribute to the accumulation of points.

Art. 7 Other clauses

7.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players who participate in the campaign with multiple, self-excluded or blocked accounts. In case of identification of such situations, the bonuses granted will be canceled without prior notice.

7.2 Employees of Favbet Online Company, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.

7.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group or for all players, without prior explanation or notification, if it is used in a manner that contravenes the Organizer's Rules.

7.4 Favbet is not responsible if a player or group of players do not meet the conditions of participation of this campaign.

7.5 The Campaign complies with the Favbet Regulations and Terms and Conditions.

7.6 The Campaign is limited to a single use for each account / address / IP etc.

Art. 8 Informing participants

8.1 Given the Organizer's internal decision to withdraw the sports betting offer from the platform on 31.03.2026, players eligible for the Welcome Package for the SPORT & LIVE sections must take into account that the activation of the bonuses and the fulfillment of the related turnover conditions must be completed by this date. Otherwise, the bonuses will be canceled. The Organizer assumes no liability for any damages or losses, allegedly generated by the activation and use of bonuses associated with the sports betting offer.

8.2 The Campaign Regulations are available on the Organizer's website Favbet.ro.

8.3 Participation in this Campaign implies the obligation to comply with all provisions of these Regulations.

Art. 9 Final Provisions

9.1 Participation in this Campaign represents the player's full agreement to comply with these Regulations.
